How do I book a stay at Lily Vacation Farm House?

How far is the farm from Metro Manila?

Approximately 2–3 hours by private car, depending on traffic. Use Waze and search "Lily Vacation Farm House" for the most accurate route — the common route is via Antipolo, Cainta-Morong Road, Teresa, Manila East Road, then the Pililla-Jala-jala Road. By public transport: LRT to Santolan Station, van to Tanay, then a jeepney toward Jala-Jala in the Bongbong direction and alight at the farm.

How many guests can the property accommodate?

The property comfortably accommodates up to 25 guests across the main farmhouse (3 bedrooms with queen beds, singles, and pull-outs), the glamping tent (sleeps 4–6), and the Bahay Kubo as a gathering space. Groups of up to 30 may be possible — inquire about arrangements for larger parties before booking.

Is the pool exclusively for our group?

Yes. When you book Lily Vacation Farm House, you are renting the entire 1.6-hectare property — the Hydro-Color Pool, all three sleeping spaces, the Bahay Kubo, and every facility on the grounds is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. No other guests share any part of the property with you.

Are ATV rides and horseback riding included?

The two ATV units are available on the property for guest use during your stay. Horseback riding on Chelsea, our resident horse, can be arranged with the on-site caretakers. Activity inclusions and availability may vary by booking period — please confirm the specifics when making your reservation so that everything is in place for your arrival.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Absolutely — there is no corkage fee for outside food and drinks. The fully equipped indoor kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, rice cooker, coffee machine) and the outdoor grill with two complimentary bags of charcoal are yours to use throughout the stay. Additional supplies are available at the Jala-Jala town market approximately 10–15 minutes from the farm.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 Noon the following day for overnight stays. Early check-in or late check-out may be available — please inquire in advance when making your reservation so that we can confirm availability and make the necessary arrangements.

Are guest pets allowed at the farm?

The farm is home to resident animals including Chelsea the horse, Adobo the pot-belly pig, Polish chickens, and guinea fowls. If you are planning to bring a pet, please inform us before booking so that we can advise on compatibility with the resident animals and ensure a comfortable stay for everyone — two-legged and four-legged guests alike.
