Sleep
The farm offers three distinct sleeping spaces — all included in your exclusive rental. Together they sleep up to 25 guests comfortably.
The heart of the property — a fully renovated farmhouse sleeping up to 20 guests across three air-conditioned bedrooms with queen-sized beds, single beds, and pull-out options. Two indoor bathrooms with hot and cold showers serve the main house, and every bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen television with cable. The indoor living and dining area opens to the alfresco deck, where the acacia tree and Laguna de Bay views are always close.
Three air-conditioned bedrooms accommodating the full group. Master room has a queen-sized bed; secondary rooms have queen beds plus single beds and pull-out mats for additional guests. Exact configuration adjusts to your group's composition — inquire when booking.
Fully equipped for self-catering: refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, rice cooker, and coffee machine. A hot and cold water dispenser with two complimentary 5-gallon water jugs is stocked on arrival. No corkage fee for outside food and drinks.

Set apart from the main house for those who want to sleep under the stars without sacrificing comfort. The glamping tent features a skylight panel that frames a clear view of the night sky, and sleeps four to six guests on queen-sized airbeds. It connects to the outdoor kitchen and bathroom facilities nearby. This is the farm's most requested add-on for groups with children or adventure-seeking guests.

The transparent skylight in the tent roof allows unobstructed views of the night sky from inside — no need to leave the tent for the full stargazing experience. Particularly spectacular during clear-sky months between November and March.
The traditional nipa hut on the property is one of its most photographed features — a raised bamboo and nipa structure with an open deck that directly faces Laguna de Bay and the mountain range beyond. The Bahay Kubo is a gathering space and a restful perch, best enjoyed in the early morning with a cup of Barako coffee while the lake changes colour with the rising sun. It sits in quiet proximity to the pool and outdoor dining area.
The raised bamboo deck provides an uninterrupted view of Laguna de Bay and, on clear days, Mt. Banahaw and Mt. Makiling on the far shore. It is the preferred spot for sunrise photography and quiet morning meals away from the main house.
Comfortably seats a group for al fresco dining, card games, or quiet conversation. The traditional construction keeps the interior cool through natural ventilation — no air conditioning needed on most days given the lake breeze.
Swim
The private pool is available throughout your stay — day and night — and the outdoor areas around it are designed for gathering, grilling, and watching the sunset over the lake.
The swimming pool at Lily Vacation Farm House is set against a backdrop of the lake and the mountain range, making it one of the most scenic private pools in Rizal. After dark, the pool's colour-changing LED lighting — the Hydro-Color feature — transforms the water and the surrounding area into an entirely different experience. The pool is private to your group for the entire duration of your stay.
The Hydro-Color Pool system cycles through a spectrum of colours after sunset, transforming the pool into a visual centrepiece for evening gatherings. Guests consistently cite the night swim experience as a highlight of their stay.
The pool deck faces Laguna de Bay directly, making every afternoon swim a view experience. On clear days the silhouettes of Mt. Banahaw and Mt. Makiling are visible on the far shore.
Adjacent to the pool, the outdoor kitchen is equipped with a grill and comes stocked with two free bags of charcoal. It connects to the alfresco dining area under the large acacia tree — the social hub of the property.

From ATV trails across the farm to bonfire nights with an outdoor cinema setup — the property is designed to offer something for every member of the group.
Two ATV units are available for guests to ride around the property. Ideal for groups with first-time riders as well as experienced ones — the terrain includes open farm trails that provide a taste of off-road adventure without requiring technical skill. Inquire when booking about rider requirements for younger guests.
Chelsea, the resident horse at Lily Vacation Farm House, is available for guided rides around the property. Suitable for guests of varying experience levels — the on-site caretakers supervise and assist. Advance arrangement recommended, particularly for groups with children who may want a longer session.
A bonfire setup is available on the property grounds for evening gatherings. The combination of the open sky, lake breeze, and crackling fire creates one of the most memorable parts of any stay at Lily. The bonfire area is typically set up near the outdoor dining space — coordinate with caretakers for your preferred timing.
Request an outdoor cinema setup in advance and the caretakers will arrange a screening under the open sky — a projector, screen, and popcorn kit included. Film selections are flexible. This experience pairs particularly well with the bonfire, making for a full outdoor evening programme that the farm does exceptionally well.
The property has a half-court basketball court, a lawn volleyball area, and a full pickleball court with paddles and balls provided. Multiple courts mean the group can split into different activities simultaneously — suitable for team-building events and family reunions with a competitive edge.
The farm is home to a community of animals: Chelsea the horse, Adobo the pot-belly pig, Polish chickens, guinea fowls, and a resident dog. Guests are welcome to interact with and feed the animals throughout the day — a particular favourite for children and a genuinely distinctive feature of the property that most private resort rentals cannot offer.

Spacious on-site parking for multiple vehicles — no street parking or overflow arrangements needed. Particularly convenient for large groups arriving in multiple cars from Metro Manila.
Two staff are present throughout your stay to assist with cooking arrangements, activity setup, fire-starting, and general property needs. They are experienced, discreet, and familiar with what different groups need — a core part of the Lily hospitality standard.
The outdoor grill comes with two free bags of charcoal included. Additional charcoal and barbecue supplies are available at nearby stores in Jala-Jala town proper. No corkage fee applies to food or drinks brought in by guests.
A hot and cold water dispenser is stocked with two complimentary 5-gallon water jugs on arrival. Additional jugs can be arranged with the caretakers during your stay.
